30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

How to Start a Return

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no charge. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the damage.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging
